When buying a tennis racket, do not simply buy the best looking or most expensive off of the net. The best way to choose is to go to a sports shop and ask if they allow temporary trials. See how the grip and strings feel. Decide whether you need a racket for power or accuracy, or need a thick or thin frame and read plenty of online reviews. Then consider buying online with a brand or model in mind. Personally I have always got on with fischer rackets, and not so well with slazengers and yonex rackets.
