You can send payment to seller or anyone by mobile phone through paypal. Step 1: Call paypal and follow the instruction. Step2:  Send a text message, the amount and the recipient phone number to to paypal by phone. Example:  Let's say you want to make a payment of £10.50 to a specific mobile number, Paypal will call you back after you've sent them the text message containing the amount (10.50). Paypal will review and confirm your payment by entering your PIN. Check paypal website for more info.
