why is it that some sellers feel they can abuse buyers by charging ridiculously high amounts for a few pounds worth of post.

in most cases writing to the seller and asking for a refund to bring the price to a reasonable amount is all that is required. they do sometimes make a big thing about packing charges etc but thats all hogwash. be polite but firm.

if you still have no joy with refund then go through paypal, assuming of course this is how you paid in the first place!!

and don't forget the star ratings. leave at least 1 star to count in each category otherwise the system reads nothing and adjusts the average rating wrongly.
