I live in SCOTLAND  last time i looket that is in the  UK 
he sent an invoice asking for £17.50 postage AFTER THE SALE
i complaind and then he sent another  invoice saying that the best he can do is £12.50
so i opend a dispute with him through e_bay  and  that is the only reason i got my goods .
