INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz Vervain Leaves
1 oz Chamomile
1/2 oz Spearmint
PREPARATION
Mix all the herbs together, and add to a cup of boiling water.
Leave to stepp for about 10 minutes, strain and drink.
