We ordered a high chair for our little boy Charlie who is 8 months old from a German company called Design Feha.high chair We are fairly new to EBay and Paypal and somehow when we paid for the chair the payment took ages to go through. Then we got a payment reminder from Design Feha and so we paid again.

Then we got a nice e mail from them asking us if we had paid twice because we wanted two chairs! We didnt and we replied saying that it was an error and could they credit us. They replied immidiately saying that they would of course. Within a few hours we had the payment returned. Then a few days after that we recieved the product in a flat pack. It took me about 10 minutes to put it together and we are both delighted with it.
