  1. Dealer Trust and integrity:

The dealer you get a spa from can be as important or even more important that the manufacturer of the spa. It's the dealer that will have the best advise of care, and the dealer that will be providing timely service and taking care of warranty issues. The longer a dealers been in business the more likely they will go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. The length of time a dealer has carried a particular brand of spa can also be of importance. Sticking whit the same brand for a long time can generally indicate a great satisfaction with that brand and the level of support provided by the manufacturer.

    2.   What do you really need?

There are hundreds of Hot Tub dealers in the UK today, EVERY one of which have 'the best' tubs! They will claim to have this or that gadget that you can not live without. The bottom line is this... The Hot Tub that you choose will need to be comfortable as it will be used for rest and relaxation, and reliable as a faulty tub can cause you more stress than it is worth. Pump to jet ratio is a key to the power in a Hot Tub, for example if you have 80 jets driven by only 1 pump it will not be very powerful at all (in fact you may as well put a hose pipe in your bath) but if the Hot Tub has 80 jets driven by 3 or even 4 pumps, then you have a powerful machine offering serious hydrotherapy!

     3.    Dont overspend

A good Hot Tub is an investment, it is proven to add value to  your home and quality to your life. So think carefully about your budget, Shop around, then buy the best Hot Tub that you can comfortably afford, Don't be deceived into thinking that 'the more expensive it is the better the quality' This is not always the case. Some dealers artificially inflate their prices with ridiculous profit margins, and rub their hands with delight the moment you have walked out of their showroom.
