We brush or teeth everyday with out thinking that much about it. But are we doing it correctly follow these important points to cleaner teeth.
Step one
Squeeze some toothpaste onto a soft bristled tooth brush, your toothpaste should always include fluoride.
Step two
Use short back and forth brushing motions to clean the outside and inside surfaces of the teeth, aswell as the chewing surfaces. Follow with upan down motions to clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth.
Step three
Brush along the gum line. This is very important as gum disease begins here. Brush gentlty to avoid damage to gums.
Step four
Make sure to brush your back molars, bacteria likes to hide here.
Step Five
Brush your tounge this will remove bacteria that causes bad breath.
Step six
Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash.
Step seven
Try to floss at least once a ady, most cavities accour between teeth. The best time to floss is before going to bed. Floss before or after brushing teeth either is good. Guide the floss between the teeth and use it to gently rub the side of each tooth.
