Thought that I would write this guide for all the ebayers that would like to buy a genuine Honda generator on Ebay.
I have noticed a few sellers selling the Honda EU10i and 20i new at really low prices which they claim carry the full Honda warranty and are shipped direct from the manufacturer in China.
One seller is using pictures of used Honda generators to sell new ones, all the images are from different web sites, one of the pictures is one that I took last year of a genuine Honda EU10i!....I think this tactic is to circumvent intellectual properties laws

I have contacted Honda, they told me that all Honda Generators are manufactured in Japan, they have no generator manufacturing plants in China.
The warranty will not be valid for these generators. also repairs and spares will be a problem.
