If you are planning buying a PS3 now before the UK release, the following should be considered carefully:
1. Where is the PS3? UK or HK or Japan. Remeber do NOT buy from China as it is not released there.
2. If the PS3 is in UK, can you go and pick up and most important test it, as far as I know there is already FAKE out there.
3. Try to get a game to test the PS3.
4. Again always pick up and test the PS3 in person, you are buying a £600 and it is imported from abord so the warranty will be from that country as well.
