If you need to replace or increase those sets of china/pottery  what do you ask ?

So many people email me about the listings or ask questions  so I thought it might be an idea to list the obvious

1 secondhand china  is used !

2 condition  is dependant on use and light wear is to be expected especially in high glazed sets  and items used in the oven  .

3 Never assume a secondhand item will be mint you will be dissapointed .

4 check the size of your items  or if in doubt ask  ( a 2pint casserole is a 2pt size  not a 4pt  size

5  If an item is mint then it should be free of use marks and preferably with labels still in tact , I do not sell factory seconds  but some do . This should be on listing  (if in doubt ask before you bid )

6 If the seller does not list the shipping then ask before you bid

( I give a discount on bulk buys but denby is heavy as are most chinas  and if sent by post Royal Mail or Parcelforce )  no china is insured  , that is why I send carrier fully insured  BUT it costs a bit more , however it arrives in tact or you get the refund  )

7 On the listing see sellers other items  , they may be selling more of your pattern  ! or have more in stock  it pays to ask

8 Allways ask your questions before you bid  ! If you bid you are legally buying  as per the listing  details .
