Clipper lighters are reasonably priced sturdy little lighters that, with care can last many years.

Easy to refill with gas, and quick to replace the flint.

This guide is inspired by a good customer of mine who found the pinging flint was enough to test his patience!

Firstly, pull the metal barrel out so you can get to the tube that contains the flint

Then carefully unscrew the little plastic base, pull it out slowly as the spring can flick the flint accross the room!

Remove the spring, and place your new flint in the tube as seen below

Carefully put sprung section back in, tighten and slide back into the lighter

Your clipper will now be as good as new! :o)
