The customer service from this company was extremely lacking and they were out to make undue funancial gain from their clients.

The pupabag was not as advertised so I returned it only to be told I would not be refunded postage and would have £5 deducted from my refund also - if i had known this I would have kept the snuggle as I was massively out of pocket paying return postage and then having money deducated.  Would not recommend this company atall in the least.  the rude, curt, uncaring customer service was a disgrace!!
