There are recent incidence increasing with paypal dispute. Most cases are due to non delivery with no tracking number. Sellers like me are bonded with regulations to lose money and nothing can be done. except police case investigation at the extreme end.

Clue of how being Scammed by these Buyers:

1. They bid the item and win it and ask to send for their paypal registered address, as some has postal redirection from the old address or sometime provides friends address for dispatch, Claims they haven't signed or recieved from the post office.

2. When they complete the CHECKOUT after winning, they don't pay for the insurance, some buyers feel they are ripped off by have additional insurance charges by the sellers, as they don't understand it cost extra for the seller to send under registered or recorded post. than the normal post. I think all the ppl use postal service one day or the other, aren't they aware it cost extra for the postal services to send registered or recorded one.

3. After they recieve the Unrecorded item, they claim in Paypal after a week or 10 days stating they haven't recieved the item. Inspite on our details provided except the reciept of the postal charges. the Paypal provides the claim in Favor of the Buyer. In Most cases 10 days duration. Deadline for the Seller( Who is going to lose the Money and his/her valuable item )

4. In Small Percentage of cases, the seller is given justice when the paypal reviews the item.

It is not only me who is being ripped off by such buyers, There are thousands of sellers ( a small scale seller to Power Seller) are ripped by such buyers. I hope the sellers agree with my statement.
