Please beware of used stamps of KGVI and Indian States used values which are high cat. by Gibbons as mint has low cat and used are high cat. I have noticed on ebay selling sellers Indian and states and Pakistan/Bhawalpur used they are not genuine used. This is also happening in normal auctuion houses. Any one wants to know about sellers I can give their ID
