I have had so much trouble with this company !! WARNING !! .....DONT BUY FROM THEM !! FAULTY FOREIGN GOODS !! HUNDEREDS OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS WHO ARE HUNDEREDS OF POUNDS OUT OF POCKET !!
Things started off when i phoned the company to purchase two machines in there " buy two machines get extra discount " they agreed they would give me £50 off a combined purchase of a embroidery machine & a coverstitch, they told me to go to ebay items click on them they would amend invoice and then i could pay. i did this and waited nearly 2 weeks after emailing them daily for invoice to be adjusted and they still sent me final unpaid item notices for whole amount. eventually they sent invoice wth only £20 adjusted and not the £50, i couldnt be bothered to wait any longer and just paid it. machines were despatched next day and i recieved them.
Firstly the coverstitch machine " 858 model " arrived and the knob adjusting tentions which were plastic were broken, they did after a few days arrange a collection and swaped it over for another one. when i unpacked it it was fitted with a europeen foot and not a uk foot, complained again and a week later they exchanged the foot for a uk one, when i went to set up machine it didnt work it had an electrical fault ! really annoyed by this time, four days later there aftercare lady phoned amy and she wanted me to return it at my own cost and thy would repair it !! After arguing the toss with her she said she would email me later that day with another responce. I told them i did not want a repaired machine i ordered a brand new machine and i wanted a brand new machine or a refund !! i heard nothing, so i opened a dispute with paypal, they never responded to paypal until the 13th day after i actioned the complaint, and they told paypal they didnt agree with my complaint and there was no problem with my order !! obsoluely fuming, as paypal then tries to resolve the dispute, its there word against mine. Once they responded to paypal in this way they then emailed me and said they would collect the 858, which they did and i said i wanted an email stating that on reciept of the machine they would refund my money, the emailed and told me they would forward refund last monday, and i still havent seen a penny !!
In the mean time the second machine the YF100 ( although listing calls it a PE100) embroidery machine, i had used twice, and it had two serious problems one being it had a complete jam, mechanical failure, and the second being an electrical fault, where the electrics had short circuted the machine would not turn off once on, with safety in mind if the electrics are faulty it could of caused an electric shock or fire !! I notified them again and this time they said the same, i return at my cost and they will repaire it !! I was not happy with this the machine had been used twice and was 3 weeks old, it had an electrical fault !! so i returned at at my cost to them and attached a letter stating i was returning item for a refund as by law it was faulty goods and was entitled to a refund, i also told them i had video recording af faulty machine which i did and photographs, they emailed me when they recieved goods and said they would refund me but i had forgotton to send free gifts back, so i did the next morning at my cost, so now they are in reciept of everything i had origionally recieved. They also said in there email that although it had a faulty switch there was no other problem with it !! and they wanted the video to see !! i was advised not to send video to them as its evidence. i also stated i do not expect to be charged for free goods from amount owed as this is a con!!
any way i still have no refund i am owed £386 in total, i have no machines and i am waiting for paypal to finish their investigation, but because joys are disputing the case i am not sure if i will see any money back or not !!
I emailed watchdog yesterday so if you email them too and enough people complain then we should be able to get something sorted.
