I too must warn people not to buy anything from JSM. Their sewing machines might look good but dont be fooled or lured by their free gifts. The machines are cheap imports from the far east and claim to be famous makes. funny how the proper sewing machine shops have never heard of them but they have all heard of JSM there bad reputatuion is well known countrywide. There are many other reviews about this company and their goods, all bad. i have had my machine 4 months and its had fault after fault now doesnt work at all, Waited ages for reply to their email helpline only to be told reluctantly i would have to send it back and pay postage both ways. i was prepared to do this but after reading the rigmarole others have been through in sending their machines back have decided not to throw good money after bad and cut my losses. I am off to buy a decent machine from a reputable company  where i wont be ripped off.
