I want to post our experience with John Wesley enterprises on ebay.

We bought a flat screen tv from them a few months ago, which is faulty.

We returned it to them to be repaired and then had a real tussle in which they asked us to pay for the repair and courier to return it to us!

Eventually we paid for the courier and they assured us that it was fixed.

Unfortunately, it hasn't been fixed and still doesn't work.

They have said they are not prepared to do anything else for us so we are stuck with a tv which is faulty and which we paid nearly £500 for.

If you buy something from them be prepared- they are difficult to deal with, give no customer service at all and are awkward and rude.
