Warning to all new mums and dads Mamas and papas don't give refunds on anything even if its faulty!

I have a bedside cot which wont lock on my flooring it wont fit next to my bed at all which leaves a really big drop if my new born baby at the time was to fall down it which would be very lightly! and the wood is rough on the cot bars, and the mattress turned a vile yellow after four days, I told mamas and papas about all this and after a month of calls and photos of these faulty items they said "get a carpet its nothing to do with us" and WE DON'T REFUND YOU ON ANYTHING! the cots fine use it!!! even though my baby could have got trapped or fell on the floor!!!

I spent £400 on this cot & cot sheets you have to use with it in total & my baby has never spent one night in it! mamas and papas had the nerve to tell me "your baby must have used the cot" I have also been told from the shop I got the cot from that mamas and papas wont refund anyone for any reason and avoid it at any cost! on one phone call the woman said she would not use it for her child but I was still not getting a refund. I have many rude emails from mamas and papas which I will add on to this soon so you can see first Hand what there like!

Your paying out top money for rubbish which has got a stupid made up Italian name when its about Italian as asda! and its got nice Italian photos and a plush look when its really cheap rubbish that your not going to get a refund on, so if you have any problems that need dealing with direct by them, then folks im sorry to say but your going to have really big problems.

And now looking at the way I was treated that its plain to see now why there such a big company coz its 100% nothing at all to do with wonderful goods as there cheap and don't do there job! or anything to do with there after sales service!! as there rude and extremely time wasting they tell out right lies and there VERY unhelpful indeed... its to do with the fact that as they offer zero refunds!!

I have heard that the prams and buggies are the worst, the cost was bad enough for me! however i had a faulty blanket and baby chair both went bitty with bobbles and looked really nasty after one wash, also the sheets went into bobbles.

Anyone that's had the same treatment?? then PLEASE VOTE this to the top and warn parents to avoid wasting there hard earned cash and time when we need it most! when we have a new born baby!

Im just so so sick of getting ripped off I thought it was high time I gave something back, I really hope I help someone, as im so sick of seeing these huge company's ripping people off that need there money.
