This guide will be updated with all the very latest Match Attax info, including where to find the Limited Editions. Everything Included within this guide will be facts not guesswork (unlike some guides!) unless I state clearly otherwise.

*** ERROR CARDS FOUND***

Paulo Da Silva has been issued with last years kit, card re-issued with latest kit (on right).

So the card on the left is this years 'error card'.

There are also 2 more error cards Pascal Chimbonda & Antonio Amaya. I cannot load any more photos onto this guide so you will need to go to my forum to view high res photo's and descriptions of the errors. Click here for 'me' page and find link to forum

*** BINDER ERROR *****

It would appear that the binder does not contain enough spaces for the complete set to fit in, it is at least 20 places short!

Speak or email Topps customer services and they will usually offer to send you a mini binder (free) with enough extra spaces for your set.| 'Topps Europe Limited' Customer Services: 01908 800 100.

Reports are circulating that there is another error in this years card set, unlike the last two seasons where the error was the wrong image this years error are to do with the card printing.

Some Man of the Match cards are not Rainbow Foils but have been printed on plain 'base' type cards. Owen & Clichy are so far thought to be effected. Click here for Match Attax error cards auctions

Match Attax is now generally available across the county, Wh Smiths, McColls, The Entertainer, Asda are all selling them.

There are various offers available on starter packs:

For £1 extra you can get a Wh Smith Starter Packs with a T-Shirt

Asda Starter packs have a Squad Box (last years squad boxes were very rare and were selling for £10 each!)

**OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE AND INFO******
 
Match Attax official release date is the 15th October

New icards will be part of this collection, each card has an 'icode' that can be typed in on the official site. Collectors will then be able to compete with fellow Match Attax fans around the world.

Managers Cards are a new feature this season. They will boost player ratings. They are not foils or rainbow cards.

Backs will be Orange as rumoured. I'm sure we'll get used to it!

Still 6 cards per booster pack - Price change from 40p to 50p .

Starter pack includes: Play Pitch, Collector Binder, 25 Cards & Limited Edition Card. Price remains the same as last year £4.99

40 page Collectors guide has a free packet including a Limited Edition - Price remains the same as last year £1.99

60 New Man of the Match Cards -

Theo Walcott has signed 100 of his cards which will be spread randomly in Packs.

Shay Given has signed 1000 cards, also randomly spread and not confirmed as a 100 club card.

***TOP TIP*** Remember if you are intending to buy a box of packs then look to buy from WH Smith or McColls as these have had Limited Editions in for the last two season. You may be able to buy boxes a bit cheaper but the Limited editions are usually worth about £25 on their own which will far out weigh any discount you might get buying elsewhere .

****PRE RELEASE RUMOURS****

The new series of Match Attax cards 09-10 will be available in mid October 2009
The colour scheme has yet to be decided but Orange looks to be the favorite at the moment.

New game play will be added to the new cards (details to be added once confirmed).
The icards rumoured to be in the 08-09 'extra' series will be available in the 09-10 main edition

Prices will increase from 40p to 50p per booster pack. No news if more cards will be in the packs. Tins, Starter Pack prices will remain the same.
