Saw something cheap and good? You thought it was a steal?! The Seller is out to steal your money! Be aware of buying high value items sellers registered from CHINA or LOCATION in CHINA!!

Alot of the sellers hide a very high amount of Postage rates for items in the far east and CHINA IS A NO GO-ZONE. I'm putting this emergency guide up as I've been cheated 3 times this month from sellers originating from China.

Most of them are selling Gold Bullion coins,Silver Bar, Platinum coins.Others may include iPods and such similar high ticket items. But what gives them away is that they place their auctions in free sites, like those in Singapore,Malaysia, China. They will list that they are in US etc , and give some eFax number for you to call.

Some points to make.

Anyone selling you using @163.com is likely a fake, and some use names like RERRER (they wanted referrer but don't know how to spell!) and chinese names in their email address. Also they will state they take only CASH,Western Union or such similar.

If you feel their few feedback is enough, check out the feedback left, is it from China ?? If so ...AVOID!! Another simple thing to look out for is they don't take PAYPAL,use bad english, and have postings with bad typeset, ie: no paragraphing etc.

Some are reputable enough...but if you feel you are a Chinese Seller and don't do it, please let me know so I can list down on my site who you are. Normally from Hong Kong is OK. I'm not held liable for this guide as it's our own risk.

Plus side is, the chinese provide cheap sales, and it's hard to beat their prices. But at what price??
Shipping is about US$15 per KG using EMS/Speedpost to anywhere normally, so don't pay any extra demanded. If Else fails, Get DHL or FEDEX to assign you an account so U can authorise that package to be paid by you in your location.

I'll be adding more to this review, but do look out in my posts on my @ Forum.bbs.nu or www.iexploreasiagroup.com (where I work). I'll make it a point to update the forums etc.

PS: If you think it's a FRAUD, REPORT TO EBAY IMMEDIATELY!!! If You Won, make it a point to record down the IP addresses etc and ask for a copy of Seller's PASSPORT should you need to make a police report. If they are trustworthy, they will provide you with one.
