Hi I have just read another mother story about the excellent customer support/service that Mamas & Papas provide (Not!!!!).

Being a first time mum I wanted to get the best for my little man, and after reading several reviews decided on a Mamas & papas highchair.  Boy do I wish I had not bothered, they state the highchair is suitable from 4 month, which is fine as it does recline well and at that age they dont do a lot, but my little one is now 1 year old and is still unable to use the tray as he is unable to reach it, even with a small towel folded up underneath the seat.

I have contacted Mamas & Papas on several occasion about this, and have got the usual dont give a damm now we have got your money atitude, that seems all too familiar with them. I have tried to sorce and insert to see if this help matter as they dont make one, but as yet have not found one.

So I have a child who would love to start feeding himself but is unable to as he can not get his arms above the table properly.

My advise would be to stear clear, I wish I had see the Svan before buying this, even though they are really expensive he fits perfect in them and they adjust in every single way.

Hope this information is useful in saving someone else wasting a lot of money.
