Maxi Cosi Car Seat and Isofix Base : eBay Guides

This is just a short review of the Maxi Cosi car seat and isofix base. This is the first isofix base i've seen and used and I have to say they inspire much more confidence than the seat belt type as the base locks firmly onto the car's isofix mounting points. The Maxi cosi seat then just clips onto the isofix base with a reasuring green display on the base to show you that it is locked in correctly. Once the seat is on the base it is almost impossible to get it to move or slide around, and you can feel how secure your baby/child is going to be. The seat itself feels very well made and has a hidden sun screen in the back of it which is also useful for shielding the wild.

We also have a Quinyy freestyle pram that the car seat car lock onto to make is a very versitle bit of kit. Most of the time we only use the car seat with the base of the push chair as this saves boot space. Overall I would say Maxi Cosi/Quinny products are made very well and I would recomend them to parents. The only downside is they are slightly exspensive but then you may find you get some of that back when you sell it on eBay. I often find good branded stuff has a better second hand resell value, so although the intial outlay is more you tend to get it back when you come to sell it.
