We have some tips to selling and buying British WW2 Military Medals including Campaign Star Medals which we hope may be useful to ebayers and hopefully help you avoid being mislead or buying a medal that is a copy.

Full Size Medals -

WW2 World War 2 medals are becoming more collectable as the price has only recently started to increase and unlike most other British Medals they are issued un-named this includes all eight 8 Campaign Stars - Air Crew Europe, Africa , Atlantic, Burma, France & Germany, Italy, Pacific and 1939 - 1945 Star. The Defence Medal (Mostly Green Ribbon) and EWM End of War Medal (Red, White and Blue Ribbon) are also issued un-named although several have been engraved after with the details of receipient.

If these medals are being sold without ribbon dont be put off many Excellent Medal sellers sell ribbon for these.

Ensure the words either Original Medal or as issued appear and any paperwork or pictures will help sell the item as well as original boxes and certificates.
