Dispatching Koi?

We have a 100% success record dispatching KOI, which we are very proud off, with no koi lost in transit. We send our Koi on Monday’s and Thursday’s to arrive next day before 12 noon we pay extra for this service, plus security labels are added to each box to ensure our Koi are keep separate and are kept with items marked FRAGILE, again these little extras add to the safe keeping of your koi, which makes it a less stressful journey time for the Koi. Cost for this service is a one off £22.50>>> <font color=maroon>FOR AS MANY BOXES REQUIRED TO SHIP YOUR TOTAL KOI ORDER.

How We Pack & Box Your  Koi for Dispatching?

All our Koi are expertly packed using our top quality purpose designed boxes, Koi are placed in double heavy duty plastic bags with 100% oxygen and a measured amount of water. Bubble wrap is placed around the bags to help conserve temperature inside the bags, and add additional extra protection against movement in transit. Koi are not packed until late afternoon, just in time for the last pickup from the courier, again ensuring less time spend in transit. We personally help load the Koi on the courier Vehicles to make sure we are completely happy they are totally ready for their Journey. We request all our customer to contact us once their koi have arrived safe and well, it's all part of the service we provide at Mitchkoi.
