i have listen to the guitar playing of bert weedon from the fifties i am a collector of his work and still collect his music singles lps and sheet music as i am a great fan of him i have wrote to him many times and always got a replie sometimes he would send me a photo of himself and his lovely wife maggie and also a bert weedon plack plus he sent me a cd for my birthday  i know their are some great guitar players one is little jimmy dempsey and of course chet akins but listen to the great Bert Weedon on any of his cds tracks like easy beat blueechoes blue guitar ginchy and of course guitar boogie shuffle they will blow you a way .Biggest fan Ron.
