are you thinking of buying a mutsy spider? think they look really trendy?...........dont bother!

i have tried just about every pram on the market & this is possibly the worst! i bought one around 2 years ago when they were first released & my son was coming up to his first birthday, we bought it new from toys R us online when they retailed at about £180, we bought it as t was advertised as 'compact & lightweight' & we were just about to jet off to tunisia so thought it would be ideal.

when it was delivered the delivery driver could hardly lift it through the door so didnt think for one minute it was our new fangled 'lightweight' buggy.....unfortunately it was! we also ordered the £40 travel case to protect it while on the plane, it was merely a canvas bag with a rubber stripe & shoulder strap & after we put it on the ground when removing it from the car the first time a hole had wore in it!....hardly protective.

my son couldnt sit up strait in it, he slid down the sides or 'wedged' himself on the crotch strap, even with the 2 inch leg rest raised, the hood is tiny & offers no wind/sun protection & its only use is to keep on the raincover, the basket was also the size of a teabag & was as much use as one!

you had to use 2 hands at all times (which is no good if you have a toddler to control) as the second you dismounted a kerb or went over uneven terrain it would tip up or topple over onto its side, it really wasnt safe at all. i image if you had an older child it would be even worse.

it was really fiddly to put up & down & if any stray fingers or little inquisitive hands are around at the wrong time they will be chopped off before you know it!

the one excellent point to this buggy was the handle bar, i like my handlebars really low & this went down to waist height which was perfect....but thats about it!

needless to say i was back to my ever trusty Mamas & papas pliko P3 before the week was out! babies R us wouldnt accept the pram back as it was not damaged so it was sold for half of its cost on ebay instead.
