I firmly believe that there is no need for people that people that leave negative feedback for the sake of it. People leave negative feedback even without any communication with the seller/buyer and automatically leave negative feedback. I think you should only leave negative feedback when you have communicated with the seller/buyer and the problem can't be resolved.
