As you can see by my user ID i'm quite new to ebay. My first few transactions were a pleasant experience, having bought a few things that caught my eye i then started to sell a few items, mainly old mobiles that i have no use for. Nearly all of them sold, i got my money, posted the item, got positive feedback, happy days. Then two more items sold, both mobile phones, the buyer asked me if i could ship them to nigeria. I thought, why not, i sorted out all i had to do after i got some spoof e mail from pay pal, which i didn't know was spoof, posted the items and then found out i'd been scammed left right and centre!! I only found out this infomation from another e bay user, which i think is terrible. Scams like this should be on the opening pages of e bay so honest user's are aware they could loose money. Info like this isn't on the opening pages because it would put people off, and yes e bay would be made to look bad. I think this is terrible and something should be done to compensate the honest user and not  the criminal.
