I am an ordinary person,you would not know me from adam or eve,but I have Been ripped off in the last 12 months ,I am Issuing a WARNING for anybody who is considering buying a nintendo ds/lite.........

There are some traders on this particular site who are the most fantastic sellers you could ask for,helpful,pleasant and kind  and who would bend over backwards to help you if you had a problems....and I salute them!!!!!

BUT....There are those who would try to decieve,and offer little or no help from us mere mortals.....

there are 3 things to remember when purchasing an expensive electronic games system....

1.CHECK THE POSTAGE!!!!!! it does NOT cost £29.99 to mail a parcel to the u.k.it costs£8.00 even on recorded delivery......(even from japan and america)it takes 2-3 days to go through customs and no more.......

2.CHECK THE FEEDBACK!!!!! even though they may not have many negative feedbacks,make sure you read the mutually withdrawn feedbacks,it normally means that the seller will do nothing about a situation until feedback is removed....or repealed by you..........these people can be threatening and can be rude and spiteful and give you every excuse instead of upholding the values for which e-bay stands for......

3.IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE....IT PROBABLY IS!!!!!

contact the seller and ask a few questions,if you don't recieve an answer within 48 hours,be careful!!!!!! you may not get the customer service you think you are going to get,e-bay is doing its best to weed out these people but they can't be everywhere all the time it is down to us, the buyers to keep E-Bay up to speed about these dodgy dealers and keep them aware of any threatening behavoir.
