"Fake or Not Guide"

There are countless fake The North Face - Summit Series Jackets on eBay at the moment, and with winter coming there will soon be more and more.

I've got tired of reporting them to eBay so I though that it's time to put pen to paper and cut out the middle man, by informing the buyers of what to look out for.

The jacket on the left is the GENUINE one.

The jacket on the right is the FAKE one.

Plenty of differences here. The real one has a white size tag with plenty of care instructions on the back. Nothing on the back of the fake ones black tag.

The logos make it pretty easy to tell which is real and which is fake. Real / Fake

ALso, notice the differences in the texture of each jacket's fabric.

Notice the real one has the zipper on the right side of the jacket while the fake has it on the left side. Both jackets have zippers that say "YKK".

Notice the real one has "Summit Series" on the LEFT shouder and Gore-Tex XCR on the right wrist. The is reversed on the fake.

REAL has zipper and velcro, FAKE has zipper and metal snaps.
