On The Edge, Book By Richard Hammond : eBay Guides

This is a fantastic read, it describes how Hammond met his wife Mindy, how he came to join Top Gear, his near death experience and his year-long recovery afterwards.  Its a beautiful story, hammond talks about his frustrating memory loss and how he sometimes could not remember who his wife was which was heartbreaking for Mindy. Although its a sad story Hammond brings a lot of humour to it.  He recalls asking "what's for tea?" moments after having just eaten it and how he felt feelings of love for a spoon as he began having episodes of memory gain!  This is a must read and I would recommend to all.
