BEWARE of PAY PAL

I paid for a laptop using PAY-PAY on a Saturday. On the Monday I informed PAY- PAL that the seller was no longer registered with E Bay and asked them to stop the payment to this crook.

PAY-PAY paid the crook after I had informed them

After 6 weeks they paid me there maximum compensation of £105 on there £500 guarantee

I intend suing PAY-PAY in the small claims court :  for the outatanding money I have lost

The remainder of your refund is due from the seller. As stated within
the PayPal User Agreement, the PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy does not
guarantee recovery of your funds, and recovery is done on a best effort
basis. The dispute is noted in the seller's account records, and the
seller will need to complete the refund to you if he/she wishes to
continue the use of PayPal's service.
