I BOUGHT A MOBILE PHONE FOR £225 AND PAID VIA PAYPAL. I WAITED MORE THAN TWO WEEKS AND WHEN I EMAILED THE SELLER SHE SAID ITEM WAS ON ITS WAY, TWO WEEKS LATER SHE SAID SORRY BUT I DON'T HAVE THE PHONE ANYMORE AND YOU WON'T BE GETTING A REFUND AS I HAVE USED THE MONEY! I REPORTED THIS TO PAYPAL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT AS THE SELLER DIDN'T HAVE ANY FUNDS IN HER ACCOUNT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT THEY WOULD GIVE HER A WARNING! I CONTACTED THE POLICE WHO SAID WITHOUT PROVING THAT THE SELLER WILLFULLY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF THEY TOO WERE UNABLE TO HELP. THANKS PAYPAL I AM NOW £225 DOWN. JUST BE AWARE THAT BUYER PROTECTION IS NOT ALL IT SEEMS.
