I sent items from england to the USA ,kept proof of postage. Buyer paid for economy postage which can take up to 5 weeks. After 1 week, they complained "goods not arrived" ,so paypal took back the money they had paid. I pointed out the economy shipping issue. 4 weeks later, buyer contacted to say goods arrived, great , many thanks, goodbye! So I have lost the goods AND the payment for them. I have good feedback and can prove I posted the goods, paypal give all doubt to the buyer, who can't be bothered to tell paypal they have the goods. I am very annoyed and do not wish to use paypal again. Yes they are friendly and reply but won't give me back my money and I can't use the account. I may even take paypal to court but what a hassle and a waste of time. BEWARE OF PAYPAL. Their system does not recognise BRITISH POST OFFICE DOCUMENT TRACKING NUMBERS, I have been advised to try nochex.
