I am starting a guide/petition which I hope will show that EBAY needs to take notice of us and change

I think it is high time ebay started listening to sellers AND buyers more. We are the life and soul of this site and it is getting to a stage where our voice is very silent. Ok so there is discussion boards ( which are monitored for ebay) and forums we can rant on but its about time that clear fraud, scammer's, timewasters and auction wreckers got shown they CANNOT keep getting away with it. Ebay make decent fees from the buyers both via listings and paypal yet do very little to protect us from losing out from scams. They also encourage buyers to trade spending money on their site and again do very little to protect buyers from losing their money and items. We have all seen ebayer's who open account after account when they get suspended, We all see the scams and fake emails, fake items and worse yet they keep happening. Lets start DEMANDING CHANGE RIGHT NOW

 I hope to present this PETITION to ebay in say 6 mths or so to show them that we will not stand for it much longer
