A lot of new buyers out there are surfacing every single day. Information will always sell and as an ebay seller we must let our buyers know how to enjoy their ebay experience without being conned.

There are a lot of conmen out there trying to make a quick buck.

A lot of sellers are trying the format of selling at item for 1p and then charging compulsary insurance of 98p. Now this isn't mentioned in the description and the buyer only realises at the checkout. If a buyer is new they often do not understand the full procedure and as a result pay 99p for an item that is 1p.

Always read the full description and query everything with the seller before making the purchase.
