Hi

Just a small tip for those lost in the post items. This has happened to me on 2 separate occations now.

I've been advised by my buyer that there goods have not arrived, so I've asked my buyer to give it another couple of days to see if anything arrives. In the meantime it occurred to me that it is possible to receive goods, claim you haven't and then get a refund. I decided to check my buyer's feedback which was 100% positive. I don't know why but I wasn't happy, so I went on digging. I sent an email to his buyers and sellers for the last 2 months asking how the transaction went. After numerous phone calls and lots of emails I found that this guy was claiming his goods didn't arrive with everyone he could and asking the seller for refunds. Worst still he was doing the same thing to his buyers who paid by cash and postal orders. This guy had over 200 feedbacks, God knows how much cash and goods he had conned people out of.

Be careful of anyone who claims not to have received what you have posted. The uk postal system is the best and the most secure in the world. All I can say is be grateful there are more honest people in the world than cheats.
