The entire Europe market is selling NON-Dual Shock models as it was not yet launched in the Europe. It means if you can buy one from your Europe local seller, it must be imported and the price is usually much higher.
The Dual Shock 3 Wireless Controller was launched in Asia with 3 colours available, which is Black, White and Silver. Get from these sellers as they always offer lower price.
Warranty? I never heard about faulty controller upon receipt.
