You have seen everyone on eBay doing this all they do is make an eBay listing on eBay and charge £49.99 to exchange...(some sellers make the phone call others will send you details on how to exchange it your self)The buyer buys the item and sends the seller there name and address the seller then phones Sony saying there psp or ps3 does not turn on,screen damaged,umd stuck etc etc.....  he gives Sony the buyers name and address and makes up a model number(1003) and serial number EXAMPLE (FB1234543).Sony then sends out a refurbished psp or ps3 to the buyers address by parcel force within 3 days with a new psp or ps3 to exchange with no papers that it came from sony-so the buyer thinks the seller sent it.ALL THE SELLER DID WAS MAKE ONE PHONE CALL AND CHARGE £49.99 THAT YOU COULD DO YOURSELF.
