Parcel2Go.com are a company Ebay appear to have partnered recently - they allegedly act as couriers.
My one and only experience with them has been very poor. I paid nearly £70 to send two parcels to Gibraltar and all they managed to do was pick them up and send them to Spain. One box has remained in a warehouse in Spain for 3 months and the other has now been returned to me with no explanation as to why it was not delivered.
Their customer services department is staffed by imbeciles. After going through their pathetic long winded claims system with no success I issued Court proceedings against them.
Only then did they cough up a refund for the carriage I had paid but have so far refused to compensate me for the items they have lost due to their own negligence.
Google is full of stories about these cowboys. Steer well clear and use Royal Mail whenever possible if you ask me!
UPDATE - My court case with them has now concluded in mediation through HM Court Service which resulted in them stumping up all of the money they owed me bar £10. I wouldn't touch these people again with a barge pole - useless!!!!
