Parcel2go a joke?. : eBay Guides

I tried Parcel2go a long while ago and was disappointed with their service.A failed collection caused considerable aggro,other collections went as planned but the customer service was poor and live help of limited use.

I went back to them a few weeks ago and was pleasantly suprised that they seemed to have got their act together.Some of the tools I sell are unique and some are irreplacable,I specialise in imperial tools for older cars and these are hard to source,some are quite valuble so I want a reliable carrier with a good back up system if things go wrong.During bank holidays and out of office hours the customer service and live help are still poor but during normal hours they are much improved,the collections and subsequent deliveries have so far gone without any major difficulties and I'm hoping it remains that way.

Would I recommend?.As long as you avoid bank holidays and are prepared for a customer service that works just office hours (to be fair most carriers are unavailable to talk too outside these hours) yes I would.
