I have used various carriers over the years both for retail and my ebay store,and decided a long while ago to try Parcel2go.Initially I had problems but give the firm its due,it took criticism on board and improved.

On bank holidays and week ends its difficult or slow to get in touch with staff but for normal working hours the live help system works .
