I have used various carriers over the years both for retail and my ebay store,and decided a while ago to try Parcel2go.Apart from having problems getting their promised 10% discount for entering their logo on my ebay pages (it never did work and I wondered if ebay would tolerate outside links anyway) the system seemed to work well enough.No problems at all with collections (the courier calls most days anyway) but then one delivery was very slow.Contacting the 'Live Help' convinced me I was talking to a computer or robot and proved of little help,but eventually the parcel did arrive although placating an irate customer proved rather difficult.A few days ago another parcel vanished from DHLs tracking system and seven days after it was collected still hadn't been delivered..Contacting DHL proved virtually impossible (Parcel2go are really a middleman between you and DHL in most cases or occassionally City Link or Fed Express) E-mails to Parcel2go took well over a day to be answered and the live help was a waste of time.To avoid bad feedback and to placate a (justifiably) annoyed customer I sent a replacement special overnight delivery which did arrive on time.Some Parcel2go deliveries are by DHL home delivery.This service is very much a cut price operation using self employed drivers or anybody in the area willing to deliver parcels,without it seems the proper back up you'd expect from DHL (who used to be known as securicor).This is what happened in this case as the following day someone turned up with the parcel,which my customer then refused to accept.Ten days later I am still waiting for an explanation the parcel arrived back here damaged.I thought this might just be a hiccup and booked in another two parcel,the first one I booked in and paid a day early, it was collected three days late,I have little faith in it being delivered on time.The next one wasn't collected at all,once again I have to try and reclaim the cost of the 'service' they haven't provided,noone answered the phone,live help were missing all day and e-mails merited only an automeatic reply.I doubt very much I'll use this load of cowboys again and then it will be for very low value parcels and I'll use paypal on the grounds that I just might be able to claim a refund when it all goes pear shaped.

Most courier firms treat the smaller customer poorly,this one,on this showing is the worst for rubbish service that I've had the misfortune to use .I'll update this guide as and when I have a result,in the meanwhile  I hope my experience helps you decide if you really want to trust your parcels and your hard earned ebay reputation reputation to this particular parcel firm.If collection and delivery times are unimportant,the parcel is of limited value,you don't mind hassle,the possibility of bad feedback,customer service that is non existant and don't really care who eventually delivers your parcel then this might be the carrier 'service' for you.'Googling "parcel2go complaints" might also help you decide if they're reputation is justified.
