I have used various carriers over the years both for retail and my ebay store,and decided a long while ago to try Parcel2go.Initially I had problems but give the firm its due,it took criticism on board and has improved out of all recognition.
On bank holidays and week ends its difficult or slow to get in touch with staff but for normal working hours the live help system works,even if sometimes there is a delay to a question (presumably whilst the operator has to ask a superior.The web site is easy enough to operate and payment can be by credit card or paypal.
I have yet to have a parcel lost and the tracking system seems to work well,pricewise on UK deliveries they are competitive on foreign deliveries I still found it worthwhile to shop around on some destinations.I still use another carrier for some deliveries as I have a contract which on some deliveries is cheaper but maybe in the future with the costs rising and fuel surcharges etc altering all the time the percentage given to each carrier may change.
