I felt it necessary to write this guide to warn people of the dangers of using this courier company that currently advertise heavily on eBay. I've been a customer myself for many months, I've sent over 25 packages through them in the last 2 months alone. I've used them for eBay and private deliveries.
Unfortunately their service is hugely variable, HDNL (the current 'cheap' option) are completely useless and should be avoided at all costs. This week alone they have managed to send two parcels picked up on the same day to the wrong addresses leaving me with a huge logistical nightmare to sort out. Customer Services response is that although I addressed the parcels absolutely correctly and the courier picking up made the error it's still my fault as I didnt check his labels (they kinda tend to rush off!) and I will have to pay to get both parcels recollected and resent to the correct addresses. I get no compensation for their error, no assistance and absolutely no apology.
DHL are a lot better, at least they pick up on the day they say they will and I've never had a late or messed up delivery through them. On balance though I feel that the Customer Service Parcels 2 Go offer is so abysmally lacking that I really can't recommend anyone use them if they want to get a parcel to its destination safely and on time.
