I've been using Paypal now for approx 6 years on Ebay, but will be closing Paypal account due to lack of support from Paypal. The reason being when a buyer reverses paypment you dont have any comeback to get your payment, or your sold item back when posted. Also when a seller has not sent item, and only has part of funds available left in their paypal account, you only get back whats left in their account, then Paypal close dispute case, not on !!

If youve tried contacting Paypal, as I have found, they only try to get you off the line as soon as they can, no real support from them.

Will be interesting to see if they take the time to look at this! but wouldn't think so!
