I sold a DVD for £4 plus £2 p+p, with in 3 days of payment the buyer reported it as item not received (a conner) and paypal gave me no coice but to refund the £6 to the buyer. Paypal wouldnt even listen to me whenI said the buyer hadnt even givin the DVD time to arrive. I had put on my Ebay ad that I would post within 7 days of payment but paypal didnt care, so this conner got the money back and a free DVD.
