Just remember that when buying a Pixel Chix (Mattel) from ebay DO NOT pay over £35 for the new 2-story house as this is the rrp. I have just brought one for £25 incl p&p that is a saving of £10!

Also when buying a used Pixel Chix (Mattel) product DO NOT pay more than £15 for the original model as the recommended rrp is £30.
