U.S.A. machines are not covered by warranty in this country due to regulation differences, and some machines actually have different parts and specifications...e.g., the bore size on dewalt cordless saws, the paslode nailers contain different parts internally, etc....

Another important point is that no machine has a warranty unless accompanied by a receipt. This is required to act as proof of purchase. If in doubt, ask the seller if the machine is a genuine ce marked machine and does it come with a vat receipt.
