Hi there, a lot of players by this equipment after they have had the injury. Having played professional basketball most ankle injuries come to players through their own negligence.

Before your game you must prepare for every eventuality. As a pro player my well being was my income. There's no exposure being injured on the sidelines.

Always start with a thinner pair of socks, make sure they are on smooth no wrinkles. Then place on the ankle support, then a thicker pair of socks. Then really the most inportant thing of all, your boots. Make sure they are fasten tightly, don,t miss any holes out. When you get on the court you'll be suprised how confident you feel, confidence brings baskets, and baskets win games. And with just a few extra minutes of game prep, you'll more then lightly to be there for the next game, not on the sidelines wishing you had.

Game prep is paramount!!!
